Group Fitness Instructor
Compensation: $50 - $80/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

What You’ll Do
- Lead safe, creative, and effective group fitness sessions for diverse participants
- Design classes that are engaging, challenging, and adaptable for all levels
- Motivate clients with energy, coaching, and positive reinforcement
- Modify exercises to accommodate limitations and ensure safety
- Manage class flow, timing, and group engagement
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and brand representation
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session
What You Bring
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 1+ year experience leading group classes or small-group training
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Understanding of exercise science, safety, and form correction
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Positive energy and passion for helping people reach their goals
