Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we’re looking for experienced Group Fitness Instructors with weekday evening availability who are ready to help our members learn proper technique while leading safe, fun, and effective fitness classes. As a Group Fitness Instructor at HCI, you’ll help create an engaging and welcoming experience for our members, so enthusiasm for building relationships and helping others is a must!

Requirements
What you'll do:
- Provide clear instruction during your scheduled group fitness classes
- Provide appropriate modifications based on participants’ fitness levels and restrictions
- Ensure participant safety by monitoring and correcting form, technique, and equipment usage
- Foster an inclusive environment for all members and first-time visitors
- Manage your schedule of classes within our team, including requesting subs and helping cover classes for fellow instructors

What makes you a great fit:
- Availability to teach weekday evening classes between 5 and 8 p.m.
- Experience instructing classes such as yoga, barre, Pilates, boxing, spin, weightlifting or strength
- Current group fitness certification(s)
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Strong communication skills and coachability

HCI Sports & Fitness is a 140,000-square-foot fitness and sports facility in Bee Cave, Texas, built for individuals, athletes, and families across the Hill Country.
HCI brings fitness, sports, training, and recreation together under one roof with two fully equipped gym floors, a cardio deck, indoor running track, specialized studio spaces, indoor courts, turf, and dedicated performance training areas.
Members have access to strength and cardio equipment, unlimited group fitness classes, personal training, locker rooms, saunas, and a wide range of amenities designed to support everyday fitness and performance.
Beyond the gym, HCI offers youth and adult sports, leagues, camps, clinics, open play, athlete development, KidCare, active play spaces, climbing, birthday parties, and event rentals. Many sports and recreation programs are also open to the public.
