An exciting opportunity to join the team of a progressive YMCA located in vibrant Somerset County, New Jersey. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Leads a variety of fitness classes in strength and cardiovascular routines
- Builds relationships with members and staff to retain participants
- Delivers positive customer service, motivation, and support
- Creates a positive and inclusive environment for all
- Maintains quality of the fitness rooms and reports any equipment issue
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have group exercise certification
- Experience preferred, but will train
- Must be punctual and have excellent communication skills
