Position Description:

Fellowship Village is seeking dynamic, passionate, and engaging Group Exercise Instructors to join our growing wellness team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead energizing morning and afternoon classes designed specifically for our Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead safe, effective, and results-driven group exercise classes with energy, creativity, and professionalism

· Provide clear instruction on proper form, technique, and modifications to accommodate varying abilities and fitness levels

· Cultivate a supportive, motivating, and inclusive class environment where residents feel encouraged and connected

· Deliver engaging and dynamic sessions that keep participants excited and coming back

· Serve as a positive ambassador for Fellowship Village, embodying our mission, values, and commitment to wellness excellence

Qualifications

· Current Group Exercise Certification (preferred)

· Current CPR Certification Association

· Strong communication and public speaking skills

· Solid understanding of exercise science principles and safe fitness practices

· Ability to inspire, motivate, and create an exceptional participant experience

· Physical ability to demonstrate and safely perform exercises

· Willingness to conduct a 15-minute demonstration class as part of the interview process
