What You'll Do

As a Groundskeeper, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by:

Maintaining Community Grounds: Keep common areas, walkways, and parking lots clean, safe, and free of debris or hazards.
Enhancing Curb Appeal: Perform landscaping tasks, including watering flowerpots, ensuring irrigation coverage, and contributing to the overall beauty of the property.
Ensuring Safety & Cleanliness: Monitor and maintain recreational areas, pools, and playgrounds, ensuring they are safe and welcoming.
Supporting Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to assist with property repairs and report any issues or safety concerns.
Attention to Detail: Remove trash and cigarette butts with care, ensuring every corner of the property reflects LUMA’s high standards.

 
QualificationsWho You Are

You’re detail-oriented, hardworking, and passionate about creating clean and beautiful environments. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Are physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Have a sharp eye for spotting trash, debris, or hazards and the ability to address them promptly.
Understand pool chemical requirements (knowledge preferred, but training can be provided).
Possess basic tools for the job, including pliers, a 6” crescent wrench, screwdriver, and hammer.
Have prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping (preferred but not required).
Are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle.
Bring a team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude to work each day.
