We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.

As a Grill Cook, you will play a key role in executing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. Working under the guidance of our Sous Chef, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen that values creativity, excellence, and continuous growth.

Masterfully execute recipes according to Sous Chef’s specifications.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):

A self-starter with a fiery passion for culinary excellence.
Independent thinker who thrives under pressure and adapts to fast-paced environments.
A sharp eye for detail, combined with the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings.

Minimum Ingredients (Must-Haves):

Legal eligibility to work and serve in Florida (18+ years old).
At least 5 years of experience in line cook roles.
Proficiency in Grill, Fry, and Sauté stations.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Workdays & Hours:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday, Sunday: 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Mondays and Wednesdays off
