Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is looking for top-notch Greeter/Retail Associates to join our craft 'ohana!

Job Title: Greeter/Retail

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kailua

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales)

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the retail store, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests with retail purchases
• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage the waitlist
• Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
• Support the FOH team with various tasks like folding napkins, bussing tables, maintaining dining and bathroom areas
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines

Summary of Qualifications:

• You have some experience as a greeter or hostess in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
• You have some experience in retail or customer service
• You are personable, get along great with others and know how to be a team player
• You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
