SIGN-ON BONUS + ANNUAL BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

Employment Options

• Full-Time Salaried: $90K–$110K+ and up to $12,000 in additional bonuses
• Full-Time Hourly: $85–$100/hour and up to $12,000 in additional bonuses
• Part-Time: $85–$100/hour and up to $12,000 in additional bonuses
• Flexible and customized scheduling options

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification or actively preparing to sit for the BCBA exam
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• NC BCBA/LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
