About the Job:
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team. This role blends creative innovation with performance marketing.

You'll work closely with Creative Performance Strategists, Paid Media Buyers, Designers, and Creative and Brand Marketing teams to develop high-converting ads across multiple platforms. You'll design static image ads, carousels, GIFs, gamified end cards, and other graphic assets for product launches and ongoing campaigns.

This is a fast-paced environment where speed, curiosity, and creative problem solving matter just as much as technical skill.

Responsibilities:

• Design static image ads, carousels, GIFs, thumbnails, and other creative assets.
• Create multiple creative variations from existing concepts to support rapid testing.
• Work closely with Creative Performance Strategists to translate performance insights into new creative.
• Maintain consistent branding while adapting creative for different audiences and placements.
• Collaborate with project managers to hit aggressive production timelines.
• Organize project files and maintain efficient creative workflows.
• Stay current on advertising trends, design styles, and social media creative best practices.
• Locate, source, and identify strong visuals in large asset libraries.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience editing video and designing digital creative in DTC ecommerce or performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across multiple formats (static ads, carousels, GIFs).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
•  Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Figma and Canva.
• Experience creating ads for Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, Google Display and other paid social platforms.
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of creative performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, and ROAS.
• Experience with motion graphics in After Effects (for static/GIF applications).
• Experience with AI image creation tools.
