Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant based in United States.

This role combines graphic design, branding, digital content creation, and marketing support within a fully remote environment. You will help develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity while producing engaging assets across websites, social media, email, and other digital channels. The position offers broad creative ownership, from developing brand guidelines and visual systems to supporting content calendars and marketing communications. You will work across multiple projects, balancing creativity, consistency, deadlines, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable using modern design and AI-powered marketing tools. Accountabilities:

• Support the development and implementation of complete visual brand identities.
• Develop color palettes, typography systems, imagery standards, templates, and other branded assets.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards to ensure consistency across marketing channels.
• Design website graphics, banners, social media templates, promotional materials, and other digital marketing assets.
• Produce engaging graphics, educational content, announcements, and marketing collateral aligned with brand standards.
• Manage multiple creative and marketing projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.
• Repurpose existing content into new visual formats and marketing materials.
• Plan, manage, and maintain social media content calendars.
• Create, design, and schedule content across relevant social media channels.
• Support ongoing social media management and digital content initiatives.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reporting insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other digital communications.
• Support website content updates and basic website graphic requirements.
• Use AI-powered design and marketing tools to improve content production and workflow efficiency.
• Recommend creative approaches and design improvements that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital presence and audience interaction.
• Stay informed about design trends, social media developments, and current marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand brand vision, target audiences, positioning, and marketing objectives.
• Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining strong ownership of assigned projects.
• Help ensure marketing communications remain professional, visually consistent, and audience-focused.

Requirements:

• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, branding, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of visual branding, brand consistency, and digital content development.
• Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms.
• Experience developing marketing materials, branded assets, promotional content, and digital graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and ongoing marketing initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into clear marketing content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Experience using AI-powered design and marketing tools.
• Proficiency with Canva and Canva Pro.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and digital communication tools.
• Basic knowledge of website content management systems and website content updates.
• Ability to receive, interpret, and implement creative and marketing feedback effectively.
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to develop audience-focused visual concepts.
• Familiarity with professional services, legal, financial, or other professional brands is preferred.
• English and Spanish language skills are required.
• Availability to work remotely, with preference for candidates able to align with the Atlantic Time Zone.
