  • Assist teammates with a multitude of projects, including multimedia projects, PDGA.com, branding initiatives, digital projects, and other departmental needs
  • Participate in creative planning and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for content, campaign concepts, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
  • Provide creative support for PDGA Majors and other events, including event coverage graphics, creation of promotional materials, sponsor asset coordination, and other event-related needs, with occasional on-site support as needed
  • Assist in developing and maintaining branded templates, creative asset libraries, and other design resources to support consistent and efficient creative production across the organization

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for both digital and print applications, with an understanding of file preparation and production ready requirements
  • Ability to interpret creative direction and brand standards and successfully translate them into polished and consistent creative work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to receive and apply creative feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, members, volunteers, external partners and event spectators
  • Ability to approach challenges, problem-solve and navigate differing perspectives collaboratively and professionally
  • Awareness of current graphic design trends, tools, techniques, and best practices with an interest in continued learning and professional growth
  • Additional experience in photography, videography, motion design, digital content production, illustration or content management systems is a plus.
  • Experience supporting engaging content strategies and calendars.
  • Ensure that brand standards are met and that the quality of content is consistent across all platforms.

Desired Qualifications:
