Role Overview

• Part-time (2 days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Grand Saline, Texas

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $32,691 to $47,003 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas state license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• Completion of supervised experience hours as a psychotherapist required
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
