Graduate Assistant - Business

Summary of Duties: 

This position is responsible for managing and promoting the business lab while supporting students' technical, academic, and research needs. 

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the business lab, including but not limited to monitoring business lab activity, tracking usage, and soliciting feedback to optimize the business lab experience.

• Provide technical support to business lab users.

• Offer academic and research support and guidance to business lab users, as needed and as appropriate.

• Foster a welcoming, collegial, and dynamic space for business lab users.

• Promote the business lab resources, capabilities, services, hours, and activities to help drive business lab use.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency with lab software packages and related technologies, with the ability to maintain business lab functions and to provide timely technical support to lab users.

• Student-centric focus designed to provide effective, efficient, and timely service.

• Ability to effectively support, guide, and assist students with academic and research-related needs.

• Supervisory skills related to planning, organizing, and assessment.

• Drive and sustain business lab use.
