THE JOB:

The primary responsibility of the Gourmet Food Runner at The Mayfair Supper Club is to deliver exceptional, high-energy guest service through the precise and timely delivery of culinary orders, proactive table maintenance, and elevated dining room support. This role is also responsible for maintaining pristine station presentation, completing essential side work, and collaborating closely with the front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure seamless service execution

THE STARTING RATE: $14.5047 Hourly +Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests with a warm and relevant greeting, utilize your knowledge of menu, guest preference, service and selling techniques to guide selections

• Knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, preparation method and time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation

• Be familiar with all hotel services, features and local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

• Maintain table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach

• Itemize bill correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Work as a team, assist guest and employee needs and inquiries

• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21+ years of age or older

• 4+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Working in a similar gourmet restaurant) preferred

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Fine dining experience
