Golf Course F & B Wait Staff

Job Details: Job Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: $14.00 - $27.86Hourly, Job Shift: Morning/Afternoon (+Weekends), ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Greet and welcome guests.
Learn and utilize seating chart.
Seat guests in a smooth and organized manner.
Clear and reset dining room tables.
Utilize proper tray service.
Know service procedures, menus, Micros operations and beverages.
Follow all policies and procedures pertaining to responsible liquor service.
Use suggestive selling.
Perform housekeeping duties in dining room and service areas.
Perform daily side work.
Collect payment from guests using Micros computer.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous waitstaff experience.
Previous cash handling experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

Excellent customer service skills.
Accurate cash handling skills.
Waitstaff etiquette and service procedures.
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages.

UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS

Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Mobility throughout the facility.
Frequent heavy lifting.
Frequent bending and stooping.
Able to move dining room furniture.
Able to walk extensively.
