We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities to support our expanding client base and help build high-quality candidate pipelines.

What You’ll Do

- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other online channels, building strong pipelines for current and future roles.

- Map target companies and talent pools for key positions.

- Engage candidates through personalized outreach and follow‑up, turning passive talent into active pipelines.

- Screen candidates via CV review and virtual interviews, assessing skills, motivation, and culture fit.

- Coordinate interviews with clients and keep all activities updated in ATS/CRM tools.

- Share basic market and talent insights (e.g., trends, compensation ranges, talent availability) with the team and clients.

Requirements:

- EE/ECE、Materials、Mechanical、Industrial/Manufacturing and other Semiconductor related degrees are strongly preferred

- Prior recruiting experience (role scoping, client communication, candidate sourcing/recommendation, full process follow‑up) is preferred but not required

- Familiar with background knowledge in Semiconductor sector

- Highly proactive, target‑driven, comfortable working in a results‑oriented environment

- Bilingual in English & Mandarin are preferred
