Global Product Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role drives product marketing execution across a global X-ray portfolio spanning fixed, mobile, fluoroscopy, and digital X-ray technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. You will translate portfolio strategy into structured launch plans, sales enablement programs, competitive intelligence, and high-impact content. The position plays a central role in turning product strategy into coordinated day-to-day commercial execution. You will work closely with Product Marketing leadership and regional marketing teams to support successful product introductions and market activation. The role also provides a valuable connection between field insights, customer needs, competitive developments, and product teams. Success requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated healthcare environment.

Accountabilities:

• Build and execute product launch plans, coordinating internal readiness, training, milestones, and key launch deliverables while supporting PRD and NCA activities.
• Coordinate external launch activities, including campaigns, press initiatives, and webinars, in partnership with marketing leadership and regional teams.
• Monitor launch progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate potential issues that could affect go-to-market timelines.
• Own sales enablement materials across the portfolio, including battlecards, presentations, clinical and value messaging, objection-handling resources, and demonstration tools.
• Keep sales-facing content accurate, current, and aligned with established product positioning.
• Manage product-level competitive tracking and win/loss analysis, translating findings into actionable insights for portfolio strategy and commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain product sheets, case studies, customer reference stories, and return-on-investment tools using approved clinical and health-economic evidence.
• Create master marketing assets that can be localized by regional teams, enabling consistent execution across markets without rebuilding core materials.
• Support regional teams with opportunity and portfolio visibility while coordinating execution without directly owning customer relationships.
• Maintain marketing asset libraries and coordinate content approvals in accordance with regulatory, legal, and brand requirements.
• Track launch and campaign KPIs and coordinate events and key-opinion-leader logistics.
• Consolidate customer, competitive, and regional feedback into structured input for R&D and Product Management roadmap discussions.
• Support cross-functional coordination with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access teams on launch deliverables and dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within medical devices or another regulated B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing sales enablement content and supporting product launches from planning through execution.
• Experience collaborating effectively with Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, Sales, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product and market information into clear messaging.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working across global and regional teams in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Annual base salary range of $116,000–$174,000 for U.S.-based positions.
