Global Media Planner & Analyst

CTG is seeking to fill a Global Media Planner & Analyst position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Duties:

• Develop audience insights and targeting strategies using research, media platforms, and agency resources.

• Support global media planning and integrated campaigns across B2B, B2C, Corporate, and Sports Marketing.

• Develop campaign briefs, media recommendations, and optimization strategies.

• Analyze media performance, KPIs, reach, frequency, audience, and campaign results.

• Translate data and research into actionable insights, reports, and presentations.

• Collaborate with global marketing teams, media teams, and agency partners.

Skills:

• Media planning, audience targeting, media analytics, campaign reporting, and performance measurement.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

• Ability to use AI tools for research, analysis, efficiency, and deliverable development.

• Knowledge of audience research platforms such as GWI and competitive intelligence tools such as Pathmatics is a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience in media, marketing, advertising, media analytics, or a related field.

• Understanding of media channels, audience targeting, reach, frequency, pricing models, and performance metrics.

• Experience with global or digital media campaigns preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
