Global Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Digital Marketing Manager based in United States.

The Global Digital Marketing Manager will lead and optimize global paid media and content syndication programs designed to generate qualified demand and contribute directly to revenue growth.
You will translate business priorities, campaign strategies, and audience insights into measurable digital marketing programs.
The role combines strategic channel leadership with hands-on execution across paid search, account-based display advertising, and content syndication.
You will leverage AI-powered tools, intent data, analytics, and marketing technology to improve targeting, conversion, efficiency, and pipeline impact.
Success will require a strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, account-based marketing, and enterprise demand generation.
You will collaborate closely with field marketing, global campaigns, marketing operations, creative, web, and sales teams.

Accountabilities:

• Design, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns using Ryze AI or comparable platforms, managing keywords, bidding strategies, creative, and landing pages to improve conversion rates, ROI, and pipeline generation.
• Oversee account-based display campaigns using 6sense, leveraging intent signals and account intelligence to engage target organizations.
• Manage creative variations, audience segments, and budget allocation across display channels to support qualified pipeline growth.
• Build and manage global content syndication programs, including partner selection, content distribution, commercial negotiations, lead quality management, and ROI tracking.
• Establish performance KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor paid media and syndication performance across the funnel.
• Analyze campaign results regularly and provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for improving efficiency and pipeline contribution.
• Manage budgets across paid search, display, and content syndication, including forecasting, spending control, ROI analysis, and resource allocation toward high-performing initiatives.
• Partner with field marketing, global campaigns, marketing operations, creative, web marketing, and sales teams to align messaging, campaign objectives, and lead quality standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the marketing technology ecosystem, including paid media platforms, analytics solutions, CRM integrations, and account-based marketing technologies.
• Evaluate emerging tools, platforms, and advertising approaches to continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Drive ongoing testing and optimization across channels, using performance data to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, targeting, and pipeline outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns at scale, with demonstrated expertise across search, display, and/or programmatic advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Ryze AI or comparable paid search platforms; experience with 6sense or similar account-based marketing and intent-data platforms is highly valued.
• Proven experience managing content syndication programs, including partner selection, lead quality management, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Strong analytics capabilities, including the ability to extract, analyze, visualize, and communicate performance data using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated success optimizing digital campaigns through structured testing, data-driven decision-making, and performance analysis.
• Experience in B2B demand generation, lead management, or a comparable B2B marketing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and execution.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is preferred.
• Google Ads, Display, or equivalent platform certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in growth-focused or startup environments is beneficial.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to align lead quality, pipeline objectives, and SLA metrics is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership and clearly document processes.
• Strategic thinker who can balance immediate performance objectives with long-term channel development.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Data-driven decision maker capable of translating complex marketing data into actionable business insights.
