We are a high-volume restaurant, so the ability to stay calm, collected, and positive while managing a 5–7 table section is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, attentive, and extraordinary service to every guest.
Maintain a sense of urgency while staying calm under pressure.
Manage a 5–7 table section with consistency and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with the FOH and HOH teams.
Uphold Spinato’s hospitality standards and core values at all times.
Ensure guest concerns are addressed quickly and with kindness.
Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
QualificationsQualifications & Skills:

Minimum 6 months’ serving experience required.
Open weekend availability: Friday–Sunday, plus 2–3 weekday shifts.
Friendly, professional, and able to maintain composure during high-volume service.
Current Food Handler’s Card
AZ Alcohol Certification
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
