Position - General Services-Proj Mgmt/Business Ops
Location: Lakeland, FL
Work Mode: Onsite
Interview mode: In person
- We are looking for a General Services / Business Operations professional to support facility operations, inventory, vehicles, warehouse activities, site inspections, and disaster preparedness across the Central Florida region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PPE, DSNAP inventory, supplies, warehouse, and surplus equipment.
- Maintain state vehicles, emergency response vehicles, and required logs.
- Support office moves, furniture/equipment relocation, and facility setup.
- Manage keys and keycard access systems.
- Conduct facility site inspections and address safety issues.
- Assist IT with equipment moves and support hurricane/disaster preparedness.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass **Level 2 background screening and MVR check
- 1+ year of supply/warehouse management experience.
- 6+ months of fleet, safety/OSHA, facility inspection, and IT equipment experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely move office equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Central Florida and GPS.
