North Shore CDJR is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership opening October 1, 2026, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina—and we're looking for an exceptional General Sales Manager (GSM) to help build this store from the ground up.

Your Opportunity to Build

As the General Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in creating the sales operation at North Shore CDJR from the ground up.

You'll:

Help build and lead the Sales Department from pre-opening through launch and beyond.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Establish a culture of accountability, energy, teamwork, and customer obsession.
Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales, gross profit, volume, and market share.
Develop and execute sales strategies to establish North Shore CDJR as a leading dealership in the Myrtle Beach market.
Partner with the General Manager and leadership team on forecasting, inventory, pricing, advertising, and dealership objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators and take immediate action to improve results.
Lead daily sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.
Build processes that create a consistent, professional, and exceptional customer experience.
Develop relationships within the local community and create opportunities for repeat and referral business.
Help establish the North Shore CDJR brand and reputation in the Myrtle Beach market.
Lead by example and represent The Hanania Way every day.

 
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

We're looking for a builder, not a caretaker.

Proven success as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or senior automotive sales leader.
Strong track record of achieving sales volume, gross profit, CSI, and profitability objectives.
Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, CRM processes, inventory management, and sales performance metrics.
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated personality.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
CDJR/Stellantis experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with a dealership opening, relocation, or major expansion is a plus.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
