We’re bringing the excitement to our Redondo Beach location and searching for an Experienced Powersports General Sales Manager who is ready to lead, drive sales and build a high-performing team..

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Sales Manager experience within a multi-line powersports dealership and a proven track record of success. We’re looking for a leader who can develop, coach, and motivate a team at every level, while driving performance and consistently delivering outstanding results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year with commissions included.

Essential Functions:

Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for the Sales Departments.
Meeting with Sales Managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
Hiring and monitoring the performance of the department managers, holding weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training.
Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising vehicles as well as reviewing and initiating all promotions before they are finalized.
Coordinating the appropriate supply of vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly.
Meeting weekly with the dealerships Presidents & General Manager to review forecast and profits for each department.
Working directly with the dealerships General Manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, and compensation plans.
Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
Issuing all demonstration vehicles and ensuring that appropriate dealerships records are maintained.
Forecasting goals and objectives for gross and net sales and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis and preparing an operating budget for the department.

Non-Essential Functions:

Strong background in the Motorsports industry.
Computer literacy.
Prefer interest and experience in the motorsports industry.
Knowledgeable in all the Sales department areas.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 7+ motorsports industry experience. Additionally, General Sales Manager needs to be comfortable managing multiple departments and employees.
Required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction.
Required to not only understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their positions, but must also comply with these regulations.
Creative problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
Highly organized with ability to multi-task across multiple projects; excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Management personnel require strong, excellent verbal & communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendor.
Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.
Expert software skills including MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong background in business, mathematics, & marketing.
This position reports directly to the General Manager

Store Hours:

Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am- 7:00pm
Sunday & Monday we are gone riding!
