General Role Player / OPFOR - VIRGINIA BEACH

Description

Tactical Revolution, LLC is seeking reliable and professional Independent Contractor Role Players to support a realistic military tactical training exercise during select dates in October 2026.

Role Players will portray assigned characters and/or Opposing Force (OPFOR) personnel in realistic training scenarios designed to provide military personnel with immersive, scenario-based training.

DETAILS:

• DATES: 06 - 08 OCT, 12 OCT, 14-15 OCT
• TEAM SIZE: 44x RPs

Pay Rate: $20/hour. Contractors who successfully complete the full 6-day contract will receive a $1,440 flat-rate incentive, regardless of whether fewer than 72 hours are worked. 

Role Player Requirements

Selected Role Players must be able to:

• Follow assigned scripts and scenario instructions without ad-libbing or changing the established scope of the scenario.
• Wear clothing, costumes, headgear, and other attire appropriate to the assigned training scenario.
• Participate as OPFOR and in realistic tactical training scenarios.
• Safely operate approved training weapons and marking-cartridge systems after receiving required instruction.
• Participate in scenarios involving non-lethal marking ammunition, including Simunition®, UTM, or paintball-type systems, while wearing required PPE.
• Demonstrate familiarity with basic weapons safety and handling procedures.
• Follow all safety instructions and directions from exercise leadership and training staff.
• Work in austere outdoor environments and during hours of darkness.
• Stand, walk, and/or remain in the prone position for extended periods.
• Be safely restrained/secured for extended periods when required by the scenario.
• Be comfortable participating in simulated frisk and search procedures while restrained.
• Wear required protective equipment, which may include a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin protection.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in a realistic military training environment. The ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain the integrity of the training scenario is essential.

Prior military, law enforcement, security, tactical, or acting experience is a plus but is not required unless specifically stated for the assigned position.

Important Information

This is an Independent Contractor opportunity. Selected contractors will be required to complete all applicable onboarding and contractual documentation and comply with Tactical Revolution, customer, installation, and exercise-specific requirements.

Requirements

Be 18 years or older.

Have a valid driver's license.

Role Player with Military/Law Enforcement experience/background preferred.
