What You'll Do

As a General Manager with HOUSEpitality Family, you will own the overall success of a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You'll lead a management team and hourly staff of 50+, drive sales and guest satisfaction, manage the P&L including labor and cost of goods, recruit and develop talent at every level, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and partner with our corporate team on marketing, events, and long-term growth. You are the standard-bearer for hospitality in your building.

What We're Looking For

3+ years as a General Manager (or 5+ years as a senior AGM) in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Proven P&L ownership: labor management, COGS, budgeting, and forecasting
A track record of building teams — hiring well, developing managers, and retaining great people
Strong floor presence and genuine hospitality instincts
Experience with restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory) — we use Toast, 7shifts, Paycom, and Restaurant365

Compensation & Growth

General Manager salaries start at $65,000 and range to $90,000+ depending on experience and qualifications. All of our managers move through a structured career path; upon graduating (typically within your first few months), you qualify for an annual bonus opportunity starting at $6,000 based on performance metrics, with bonus potential that grows from there.

Qualifications
Must be 21
6 months of experience is preferred
Open availability, including weekends and holidays
Willing to work at all locations and concepts
Willing to go where needed for transfer purposes
Excellent oral communication and listening skills
