Get hands-on experience with our Engineering team developing state-of-the-art planetarium display systems and immersive dome structures. These one-of-a-kind designs demand creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration with clients to meet the highest standards. This opportunity is ideal for students passionate about mechanical design, problem-solving, and building future-forward tech.

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING – Los Angeles, CA; Salt Lake City, UT
Join our Engineering team and dive into immersive software development. You could work on anything from QA and media playback to full-stack tools and hardware integrations. Expect cross-functional collaboration, meaningful projects, and exposure to high-performance systems powering 12K+ video content and real-time experiences.

SALES – Hollywood Park (Inglewood, CA); Grandscape (The Colony, TX)
Support our Venue Sales team through every stage of the sales cycle—from prospecting and lead management to proposals and event execution. You'll gain real-world sales experience, sharpen your communication skills, and contribute to high-impact partnerships across sports, entertainment, and private events.

AUDIO / VIDEO / LIGHTING – Hollywood Park (Inglewood, CA); Grandscape (The Colony, TX)
In AVL and Dome Operations, you’ll help deliver cutting-edge, live immersive experiences. You’ll support A/V systems, lighting, and live production across our venues. This is perfect for students interested in live entertainment, tech operations, or production with a customer-focused mindset.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & CONTENT OPERATIONS – Los Angeles, CA; Hollywood Park (Inglewood, CA)
Join our team behind the scenes to support exceptional guest experiences and smart content operations. We’re offering two exciting internship paths:

• In Customer Service, you’ll work on optimizing the customer journey by analyzing performance data, improving self-service tools, and contributing to the systems that support our front-line teams. A great fit for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
• In Programming Strategy, you’ll assist in evaluating internal priorities and market trends to inform scheduling and content planning. You’ll help shape the mix of live events and immersive experiences across our venues. Ideal for someone interested in theatrical exhibition, live entertainment, or sports—and who thrives on strategic thinking and creative planning.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT – Los Angeles, CA; Cranberry, PA
Help shape the future of Cosm’s B2B products, from video capture to AI-enhanced tools. You’ll assist with feature development, UX improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams. A great role for analytical thinkers passionate about innovation and immersive tech.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING – Los Angeles, CA; Salt Lake City, UT

• In Finance (UT) you will support forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• In Accounting (CA), you will focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, and core accounting processes. Both roles offer a chance to apply your education in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment—ideal for those studying Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

PRODUCTION – Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY
Join our Creative Production team in Audio Design & Production.

• In Audio Design, you will use your sound design and Unreal Engine skills to create immersive soundscapes, from ambient effects to spatialized music.
• In Production, you will coordinate immersive content pipelines, manage assets, and support post-production logistics. Perfect for detail-oriented creatives eager to learn production inside and out.

MANUFACTURING – Salt Lake City, UT
In Manufacturing, you’ll work on Continuous Improvement, working with engineers and ops leaders to analyze workflows, propose solutions, and implement real efficiency upgrades. You’ll see how lean principles and innovation come to life in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

HUMAN RESOURCES – Hollywood Park (Inglewood, CA)
Join our Venue People & HR team and support key HR functions. From onboarding to employee engagement, you’ll learn how human resources supports culture and operations at our one-of-a-kind venues.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) 
In IT, you’ll support the tech infrastructure that powers our venues. You’ll help resolve real-time issues, maintain systems, and optimize tools across departments. Ideal for tech-savvy students who are curious, adaptable, and thrive under pressure.

VENUE OPERATIONS – Hollywood Park (Inglewood, CA); Grandscape (The Colony, TX)
In Venue Operations, you’ll work closely with our Venue Entertainment team to help bring bold, guest-facing activations to life—from idea to execution. You'll assess concepts, research feasibility, and support cross-functional planning. Great for organized, creative students who love events and experiential marketing.

ASTROPHYSICS – Salt Lake City, UT
Work on astronomy-themed content within our Digistar planetarium software. You’ll create educational materials, visualize complex astrophysical data, and contribute to outreach initiatives across the global planetarium community. Perfect for students studying physics, astronomy, or science communication.

MARKETING – Various Locations
We're hiring across several exciting marketing functions including Venue Marketing, Communications & Graphic Design & Video Editing.

• Venue Marketing – Inglewood, CA, The Colony, TX In Venue Marketing, you’ll support the creation and analysis of consumer campaigns with research, strategy, and data-driven insights.
• Communications – Los Angeles, Salt Lake City: In Communications, you’ll help amplify Cosm’s brand through media, storytelling, and digital content. A great fit for creative thinkers with strong writing skills.
• Graphic Design & Video Editing – Los Angeles: Contribute to Cosm’s visual identity through high-impact design and multimedia. Collaborate with creatives to produce marketing materials that engage and inspire.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, Junior or Senior at the start of the program
• Available to work onsite in a hybrid capacity
• Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in immersive technology and content
