As a General Dentist with an Endodontic Focus, you’ll play a vital role in that experience. Babylon Dental Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate provider to join our growing team, dedicating your clinical time strictly to root canal therapy and endodontic procedures in a high-volume, supportive environment across both of our locations (West Babylon & Patchogue), with an expectation of one day per week in each.

Experience Required

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Certificate in Endodontics
• Active NYS dental license
• Comfortable performing a full range of endodontic procedures, with strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software is a plus; must be open to learning new systems and workflows

What You’ll Do as a General Dentist (Endodontic Focus)
Clinical Care

• Perform root canal therapy and endodontic procedures with precision, focusing your clinical time strictly on endodontics.
• Deliver exceptional patient care with strong clinical judgment and clear communication about treatment.
• Provide care across both our West Babylon and Patchogue locations, with an expectation of one day per week in each.
• Ease patient anxiety with a caring, empathetic chairside approach.

Team Collaboration & Practice Support

• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Take referrals from multiple in-house providers who refer exclusively to you.
• Actively listen to and address patient needs and concerns, adapting in real time as issues arise.
• Contribute positively to a culture built on trust, teamwork, and excellence.

• Competitive Compensation: To start, we pay a generous hourly rate. Each pay cycle, we review your hourly production averages with you, and when economically beneficial, we move you to a percentage of collections—the more you produce, the more you can potentially earn. This will be discussed further during your interview process. (Note: our practice’s collection average is over 103%.)
• Compensation Structure: You are paid as a 1099 contractor, so with the right accountant, the sky’s the limit.
