FY27 Student Worker - Campus Ministries

Job Details: Job Location: 2100 W University Ave - WICHITA, KS, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Campus Ministries Assistant position is to develop a positive atmosphere filled with hospitality, care, and efficiency in the Campus Ministries space and between staff working for Campus Ministries. Duties will include, scheduling one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and calendaring. Management of lounge by decorating, cleaning, etc., and event supplies. Receipt collection from students and staff related to Campus Ministries purposes. Assigned tasks from both Mike and Miranda.

Must be available for a weekly meeting with the Campus Ministries staff and for chapel at 11 am on Thursdays.
Qualifications: Requirements:

Must be enrolled as a student at Friends University.

Ability to manage logistics, schedules, and resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Clear and effective communication skills to interact with students, faculty , and staff. Keen attention to detail to ensure that things are orderly, tidy, and cared for. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other students and staff members to achieve common goals. Adaptability to handle unexpected situations or last-minute changes with grace and composure. Familiarity with word processing software or strong adaptability to learn new technology.
