Job DetailsJob Location: 2100 W University Ave - WICHITA, KS 67213Position Type: Part TimeThe University Advancement team is seeking a dependable Student Assistant to provide administrative, communication, and event support to both the President's Office and University Advancement. This role assists with daily office operations, donor and alumni engagement activities, correspondence, event preparation, and special projects that support the mission and advancement efforts of the University. Responsibilities include assisting with correspondence, Banner data entry, donor and alumni communications, event support, mailings, and general office organization.

10 - 15 hours per week, scheduled during regular office hours Monday - Friday.
QualificationsMust be enrolled as a student at Friends University.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred, along with professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
