Duties and Responsibilities:
The Student Worker/Office Assistant will provide administrative, programmatic, and customer service support to the Office of Global Strategies and International Affairs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and maintaining confidential student records.
- Assist with preparing orientation materials, welcome packets, and informational resources for international students.
- Support the planning and implementation of international events, cultural programs, workshops, and campus activities, including World Heritage Week, International Orientation, and the International Banquet.
- Help maintain office calendars, schedules, and appointment sign-in logs.
- Assist with inventory management, supply organization, and preparation of promotional materials
