Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for faculty, staff, and students in receiving general requests.
- Serve as a point of contact when staff, faculty, students, and guests arrive in work area.
- Provide support of regular office operations, to assure daily task run smoothly.
- Help execute logistics for campus events
Assist with gathering promotional materials and office set-up This position provides valuate networking opportunities with Kentucky leaders and alumni statewide. It also provides a flexible schedule that will compliment classes. Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative attitude.

- Supply distribution and inventory
- Distribute Incoming Mail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity of office equipment like printers and fax machines
- Typing

- Copying/Scanning

- Greeting Visitors and giving directions as needed
