What You'll Do

As a Charter Broker, you'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from generating opportunities to successfully delivering each charter.

This includes:

• Driving New Business: Prospect and generate qualified leads through strategic outbound outreach, targeted networking, and industry relationships.
• Building a Pipeline: Develop, maintain, and grow a diverse revenue-generating client list. 
• Becoming the Expert: Learn the ins & outs of private aviation to fully understand the client’s requirements, potential operational challenges, and procure the ideal aircraft solution for each mission. 
• Negotiating with Operators/Suppliers: Leverage industry relationships with operators and vendors worldwide to secure optimal pricing and aircraft availability.
• Closing Margin-Generating Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from preparing competitive quotations to negotiating and closing charter contracts.
• Ensuring Flawless Execution: Partner closely with Momentum Operations, suppliers, and clients to guarantee seamless mission delivery from takeoff to landing.
• Going Above & Beyond: Build long-term client trust by going the extra step, turning one-off flights into recurring, high-retention business.

This is not an inbound sales or account management role. Success comes from proactively creating opportunities, building a strong client portfolio, and seeing each charter through from initial enquiry to successful completion.

• Private Jets – Delivering white-glove travel solutions for executives, high-net-worth individuals, entertainment, corporate and leisure clients.
• Cargo – Arranging aircraft solutions for urgent, oversized, humanitarian, government, and time-critical freight movements worldwide.
• Group Charter – Coordinating aircraft for corporate travel, sports teams, touring artists, government delegations, conferences, and other large passenger movements.
