Job Description
GTI is expanding into Texas. We are building a pipeline of qualified candidates for future project opportunities across electrical, civil, field leadership, project management, and support roles. This evergreen posting allows us to connect with talented people before specific openings are available so we can move quickly when projects begin. We are looking to start the projects around December and will be in contact with candidates around October and November of this year.

What We Look For
We are interested in people who are organized, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving construction environment. Strong candidates may bring experience in:
- Construction administration or project support
- Electrical, civil, industrial, commercial, or mission-critical construction
- Project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, or closeout packages
- Preconstruction, takeoffs, scheduling, cost tracking, project controls, or Advanced Work Packaging (AWP)
- Safety documentation, training records, compliance tracking, or site support
- Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet, Foundation, BambooHR, TalentLMS, or similar systems
- Communicating with field teams, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Supporting work that requires accuracy, urgency, and follow-through
General Requirements
- OSHA10 minimum required for all on-site roles; OSHA30 required for field leadership roles
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn GTI systems, standards, and processes
- Construction industry experience preferred but not required for all roles
