We're currently expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join us as Remote Customer Service Representatives.
In this role, you'll meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support—all from the comfort of home.
No previous insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided.

What You'll Do
Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage
- Provide clear, professional information about policy features and options
- Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
- Respond to service requests with professionalism and care
- Help existing clients with policy reviews, updates, and beneficiary changes
Build Long-Term Client Relationships
- Learn about each client's individual and family needs
- Provide personalized benefit guidance
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up
- Build trust through exceptional service and professionalism
- Provide ongoing support throughout the client relationship
Maintain Accurate Client Records
- Document client interactions and enrollment information
- Maintain organized digital records
- Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements
- Protect confidential client information
- Complete timely follow-up and service documentation
