We're seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing remote team as Remote Client Representatives. You'll meet with clients virtually, answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing support—all from the comfort of your home.
No previous insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do
🤝 Conduct Virtual Client Consultations
Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide professional guidance regarding available benefit options.
❤️ Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
- Explain policy features in clear, easy-to-understand terms
- Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
- Provide ongoing policy and account support
- Assist with beneficiary updates, policy changes, and claims-related questions
📞 Build Long-Term Client Relationships
Develop trusted relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service. Conduct periodic reviews to help clients address changing family circumstances and coverage needs.
💻 Maintain Client Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate digital documentation while following company procedures, state requirements, and applicable industry regulations.

- Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
