Fulltime Recruitment Contractor

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team remotely or in Alpharetta, GA, for a 3-6 month engagement. This role owns full life cycle recruiting from intake through offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles quickly without sacrificing quality.

You'll join a high-performing team, running full life cycle recruiting for active requisitions and working hands-on with AI-enabled recruiting tools.

What You'll Do

• Own full life cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Conduct structured interviews using an attribute-based evaluation framework
• Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, calibrate feedback, and drive hiring decisions
• Manage a full requisition load independently with minimal ramp-up time (15-25 reqs)
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows, communication, and evaluation
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
• Provide regular pipeline updates and hiring manager reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage a full requisition load with minimal onboarding time
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve recruiting workflows
• Strong experience with ATS systems (preferably iCIMS) and structured interview processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable operating as a contractor with limited ramp time and clear deliverables

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles
• Experience supporting rapid team scaling or backfill projects
• Track record of building or improving recruiting processes

Engagement Details
