Summary
The primary duty involves operating up to Class 8 trucks for customer service repairs, including picking up and dropping off units, and test driving to verify issues or confirm proper operation post-repair. Additionally, the driver will handle the pickup and delivery of new and used truck inventory and assist with service lane check-in procedures.
Job Description
Drives up to and including Class 8 trucks: picking up and dropping to customers for service repairs. Will test drive units to verify customer issue; or to make sure the equipment is operating properly after repairs have been completed. Pick up and delivery of New and Used truck inventory as needed. Assist with service lane check in process moving trucks around the dealership location. Works harmoniously with management, co-workers, and customers to ensure that the customer receives a best-in-class repair experience. Time not spent driving will be utilized as directed by your immediate supervisor.
