Full Time - Maintenance - Community Custodian - Wahkonsa Manor

Job Details: Job Location: Wahkonsa Manor Apartments - Fort Dodge , IA, Salary Range: $19.00 - $20.00, Come join the Omega Management Group Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Custodian with our team. To perform janitorial and light maintenance duties in a professional manner and on a timely basis. Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities 

The employee shall perform his/her duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero-defect manner. 
The employee must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service. 

The employee must have the ability to work independently, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills and be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs Mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer, stepladder, and any other equipment needed will be used to complete assigned tasks. 

Must have a telephone where you can be reached
