Full-Time E-Commerce Shipping & Listing Assistant
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay: $16–$17/hour (based on reliability and performance)
Hours: Full-time (approximately 35–40 hours per week)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support our growing e-commerce business. This role is focused on two core responsibilities: shipping orders and listing items on eBay.
This is a hands-on, production-style role. You will spend most of your time either preparing sold items for shipment or creating accurate, high-quality listings for items we are selling.
Experience is not required. We care far more about reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do
Shipping Orders
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately
- Pull items from around the warehouse
- Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages
- Keep packing materials and work areas organized
- Handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
- Work efficiently during higher order volume days
Listing Items on eBay
- Photograph items for listings
- Write clear, accurate descriptions
- Create listings in eBay with correct titles, pricing, and details
- Organize inventory as items are listed
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across listings
- Learn and follow simple listing processes and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and dependable
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable with light warehouse work (walking, lifting boxes, organizing items)
- Able to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Basic comfort using a computer (typing, uploading photos, following steps)
- Willing to learn and improve over time
- Shows up consistently and communicates clearly
No prior e-commerce or warehouse experience is required.
Schedule
This is a full-time position (35–40 hours per week), typically during normal business hours.
We value consistency and reliability in your schedule. While there may be occasional flexibility, this role works best for someone who can maintain a steady weekly routine.
Pay
$16–$17/hour depending on performance, reliability, and ability to learn quickly.
