Job DetailsJob Location: Nazareth-PA - Nazareth, PA 18045Salary Range: $18.00 HourlySUMMARY:

The Cleaning Crew Team Member will ensure a positive customer experience by keeping all areas of the store clean.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Professionally clean and maintain facility using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.
Utilizing and properly maintain commercial floorcare equipment. 
Move all reasonably portable items to allow for thorough cleaning underneath and behind as well as all corners and edges.
Identify and note any damages or safety hazards, injuries, etc. to direct supervisor. 
Replenish/restock consumable items such as soaps and paper products. 
Utilize biometric timeclock to track labor hours in Paycom.
Send pictures via phone/text message and email daily after cleaning is complete.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to the Account Director.

 Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be able to work night shifts and travel to assigned work locations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Continually required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, pallet jacks, and other equipment as required.
Regular use of a mobile phone for communication and work-related tasks.
Hearing and vision sufficient to safely perform job duties.
Work is performed in warehouse, retail, grocery, or distribution environments.
Must be willing to work varying shifts based on business needs.
