Full Stack Software Engineer

Role
Overview:

·        Client
is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the GenAI Discovery
and Prototyping team.

·        This
individual will help deliver a major platform upgrade that connects enterprise
data pipelines, large language models (LLMs), and rapid application prototypes.

·        This
is a true full-stack delivery role.

·        The
engineer will build scalable application layers using C# on the back end and
React with TypeScript on the front end.

·        A
core focus of the position will be designing reliable software solutions that
securely ingest, validate, process, and return LLM outputs within an enterprise
ecosystem.

·        The
ideal candidate has a strong engineering foundation, understands LLMs as
statistical tools, and has direct, hands-on experience building applications
powered by generative AI.

·        Because
this team operates in a fast-paced prototyping environment inside a mature
enterprise, the engineer must be comfortable navigating secure data
environments, collaborating across multiple staging environments, and adapting
quickly as platform requirements evolve.

Key
Responsibilities:

·        Full-Stack
Development: Design, build, and maintain features across the application stack,
utilizing C# for back-end services and React/TypeScript for user-facing
interfaces.

·        GenAI
Orchestration: Connect enterprise data sources and LLMs with application
prototypes.

·        Build
robust workflows for validating, parsing, and structured handling of LLM
outputs.

·        Modern
AI Engineering: Apply modern AI integration concepts, including Model Context
Protocol (MCP) and skills-based software integrations.

·        Cloud & Environment Collaboration: Deploy code through
automated CI/CD pipelines in Microsoft Azure. Contribute to application
logging, monitoring, and basic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates.

·        Enterprise Navigation: Work alongside platform and security
teams to troubleshoot applications operating within secure enterprise data
environments, firewalls, and access control boundaries.

·        Platform Upgrades: Assist in modernizing legacy architectures
and migrating workflows toward twelve-factor, cloud-native application designs.

·        Independent Execution: Troubleshoot complex system bugs and
technical blockers with minimal daily supervision, driving features from
discovery to production-ready status.

Required
Qualifications:

·        7+
years of professional software engineering experience in an enterprise or
fast-paced product environment.

·        Advanced
back-end experience designing and developing scalable web services using C#.

·        Strong
front-end experience building interactive, responsive user interfaces using
React and TypeScript (within the Node.js ecosystem).

·        Proven
production experience building software with LLMs, including direct integration
of GenAI models into application workflows or data processing pipelines.

·        Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience developing and deploying
applications within Microsoft Azure and utilizing Azure DevOps for CI/CD.

·        Familiarity with Cloud-Native Design: Understanding of
twelve-factor application methodologies, container workflows, and standard
application monitoring/logging practices.

·        Enterprise Adaptability: Experience working
within multi-environment architectures (Dev, QA, Staging, Prod) with complex
data governance and firewall constraints.

·        Ability
to operate independently, troubleshoot across a broad stack, and pivot quickly
as prototyping requirements evolve.

Preferred
Qualifications:

·        Experience
working in multi-cloud environments (AWS exposure alongside Azure, including
AWS EKS).

·        Previous
experience working with animal nutrition, complex dietary software, or
large-scale formulation platforms.

·        Hands-on
experience modernizing legacy application architectures or supporting major
platform migrations.

·        Familiarity
with enterprise AI security, governance frameworks, and data privacy controls.
