Full-Cycle Sales Executive - Accounting, Audit & Financial Services

We are hiring a Full-Cycle Sales Executive for a professional accounting and financial services firm operating in Saudi Arabia.

The company provides accounting, financial audit, internal audit, bookkeeping, zakat and tax, risk management, and financial advisory services to businesses across different industries.

The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to discovery meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies that may require accounting, audit, tax, bookkeeping, or financial advisory services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Connect with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, finance managers, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect’s financial, operational, and compliance requirements.
• Qualify opportunities based on business needs, urgency, budget, and decision-making authority.
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate proposals and scopes of work.
• Present solutions, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Update all activities, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Support the onboarding and handover of newly signed clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Minimum 2 years of full-cycle B2B sales or business development experience.

Previous experience selling accounting, audit, tax, financial advisory, or related professional services is strongly preferred.

Proven experience generating leads and closing deals independently.

Understanding of the Saudi business market is preferred.

Ability to communicate confidently with senior decision-makers.

Strong discovery, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Excellent Arabic communication skills; professional English is preferred.

Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling for prospecting.

Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, VAT, zakat, or business compliance is an advantage.
