The Bellevue YMCA is Now Hiring for a Full Circle Coordinator
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $17 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Shift: 25 hours per week | Varied schedule (Must be available Friday afternoons/early evenings for our swim program!)
Hey there! If you have a heart for working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and love creating meaningful experiences, we need YOU on our team! As a Full Circle Coordinator, you’ll lead and develop impactful programs, ensuring participants have a safe, engaging, and fun environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and lead activities that enrich participants in Spirit, Mind, and Body
- Ensure a safe and supportive space for all program members
- Supervise staff, volunteers, and program operations
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and the community
- Assist with administrative duties and program development
What You Bring:
- Minimum Age: 18
- A four-year degree OR a combination of life/work experience and education
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- A passion for inclusion and helping others thrive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Certifications You’ll Need (We’ll Help!):
- New Hire Orientation (before first shift)
- CPR Pro/AED & First Aid (within 30 days)
- Relias training (within first two weeks)
