Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper — Personal Injury Law Firm

Pathway Law Firm, a personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the firm’s day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions.

Prior law firm experience is not required. However, strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bookkeeping cycle using QuickBooks Online

• Record and properly categorize financial transactions

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

• Process payroll and maintain related records

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit-and-loss statements and balance sheets

• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate general ledger accounts

• Track case-related costs, expenses, and reimbursements

• Assist with client trust account and IOLTA bookkeeping, with training provided if needed
• Coordinate with the firm’s CPA, payroll provider, and management

• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing and tax preparation

• Identify discrepancies and resolve bookkeeping issues promptly

Qualifications

• Demonstrated full-charge bookkeeping experience

• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online — required

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial statements

• Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Prior law firm or professional-services experience is helpful but not required

Position Details

• Full-time, in-office position

• Location: Beverly Hills, California

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
