About the Role:Join our team at Cajuns Fabulous Fried Chicken Inc as a Fry Cook! We are passionate about serving delicious, high-quality fried chicken and are looking for dedicated individuals to help us deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of fried chicken, Fish, Livers and Chicken Tenders, Okra, ETC dishes to perfection.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to special requests and dietary needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a fry cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
