Front Office Manager - Manufacturing company

Phoenix manufacturing company seeks part-time front office manager. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is recently retired but who wants to stay active a couple days per week by joining a very fun crew of about 20 people. We would love to find a very experienced professional who has spent years administrating a larger manufacturing company's front office that we can learn best-practices from as it pertains to running an organized front office or even across the entire company. 

Initially, I need you to work with our front office team and our CPA firm's bookkeeper to get and keep our Quickbooks and bank accounts reconciled monthly. We need someone with a master level understanding of Quickbooks. We do several million in annual revenue, have a couple dozen clients and a relatively small amount of the same vendors we buy materials from, overall a very simple business model.

We pay COD to most of our vendors and have most every bill on autopay. There might be more efficient ways to manage AP, utilize bill pay within QBO and institute other best-practices when it comes to our other purchases. I would like to find way to streamline our purchases and have better control of our spending. 

Other responsibilities could grow to include:

• Managing valid AZ5000's for our customers / vendors
• Maintaining W9's for all our vendors
• Tracking annual renewals for health benefits and insurance(s)
• ADP® payroll, weekly
• Managing AR & AP
• Tracking bank feed for accuracy

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
