Overview
Pure Dentistry is seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Office Coordinator to join our team of dental professionals! We place great emphasis on teamwork and promote collaborative efforts within our team. The best candidate for this role has strong attention to detail and a patient-centered mindset. Compensation: $22-25 per hour, based on experience

- Monday through Friday
- 8am-5pm

Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior dental front office experience is required
- Experience with insurance, claim submissions, following up on denials, and working closely with the office manager regarding all accounts
- Experience with collecting payments and scheduling patients
- Knowledge of Open Dental Software is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills

Emergency Dental from $85
Severe toothache. Abscess. Knocked-out or fractured teeth. Facial swelling. Uncontrolled bleeding. Mouth injuries and dental trauma in adults and children — assessed same day.
Our CBCT cone beam imaging is available on-site seven days a week, including Sundays and public holidays when external radiology is typically closed. Happy gas is offered for anxious or pain-sensitive patients with no fasting required.
Open 7 days — Saturdays, Sundays and after hours until 11pm.
Emergency slots are limited. Call 07 3343 4869 for same-day availability.
All dentists AHPRA-registered. Payment plans available: AfterPay, TLC, SuperCare.
