Battle House Laser Tag in Wilmington, NC is hiring energetic, friendly Front Desk Team Members to help check in guests, answer phones, assist with parties and reservations, and make sure everyone has an awesome experience from the moment they walk through the door.
This is a great part time job for students, young adults, or anyone who enjoys working with people and wants something more fun than a typical retail or restaurant job.
What You’ll Do
• Greet and check in customers
• Answer phones and help guests with questions
• Help customers book laser tag sessions, birthday parties, and events
• Handle basic payments and front desk transactions
• Help organize groups before their games
• Assist with birthday parties and large groups
• Keep the front desk and customer areas clean and organized
• Work with the rest of the Battle House team to keep everything running smoothly

We’re looking for people who are:

• Able to stay organized when things get busy
• Positive and energetic
• Willing to learn
• Comfortable working with kids, parents, teens, and adults
• Available for evenings and weekends
Customer service, restaurant, retail, receptionist, front desk, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
We can train the right person.
