Location: Brian Head Lodge | Department: Front Desk

Lead with hospitality and make sure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive.

As the front desk supervisor, you’ll oversee guest check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly.  You’ll support your team while solving guest concerns and helping maintain an unforgettable stay at Brian Head Lodge.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise the front desk team and serve as a primary guest service contact.
Manage phone and online reservations with accuracy and efficiency. 
Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records.
Provide guests with info about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations..
Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure guest-ready accommodations.
Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  What We’re Looking For:

Has a high school diploma or GED.
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Handles guest concerns with patience and professionalism.
Can pass a background check.
Ability to sit for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Supervisor or front desk experience preferred - but not required.
Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time.
