Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in front desk reception, sales, or customer service, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality setting
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services and products
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and retail products is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking systems
